Cooking Instructions:
 
Ribeye Roast
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper. Allow 30 minutes for the meat to come to room temperature.

Traditional Roasting
Cooking temperatures and times: preheat oven to 250°C/ Fan 230°C/ Gas 9. Place the joint in a roasting tray. Season with salt and pepper.

Sear meat for 15 minutes in the oven. Reduce temperature to 190°C / fan 170°C / gas 5 and add cooking time below.

Rare: 20-25 minutes (internal temperature of meat: 45-47°C)
Medium: 30-35 minutes (internal temperature of meat: 55-60°C)
Well done: 45-50 minutes (internal temperature of meat: 65-70°C)

Resting: once your joint is cooked to your liking, remove from the oven. Place it on a board or platter, cover with foil and leave to rest for at least 20 minutes.

Easy carving: after resting, slice across the grain and serve on warm plates. Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper. Allow 30 minutes for the meat to come to room temperature.

Goose Fat Roast Potatoes
Cooking guidelines: for best results, cook from frozen in the oven. Not suitable for microwaving cooking.

Remove film and arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a pre heated tray.

Cook in a preheated oven 230°C / fan 210°C / gas 8 for:

30-35 minutes from frozen
25-30 minutes from defrosted

Gently turn the potatoes halfway through cooking time to ensure an even crispness.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Chef's tip: try adding 2-3 lightly crushed garlic cloves half way throughout the heating process to add a touch of extra flavour.
Please ensure that the oven is not over loaded as too much steam will prevent the potatoes from colouring and crisping up.
If heating more than one portion at a time the temperature and timings may need to be increased.
Caramelised Carrots
For best results cook from frozen in the oven.

OVEN: Remove film and place tray onto a baking tray. Cook in preheated oven at 210°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 until piping hot for:

From Frozen: 30-35 minutes
From Defrosted: 22-25 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE: Based on 800 watt. Pierce film and cook until piping hot:

From Frozen: 4 - 5 minutes
From Defrosted: 3 - 4 minutes

Stir before serving.

Honey Roast Parsnips

OVEN: Remove film and place tray onto a baking tray. Cook in preheated oven at 210°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 until piping hot for:

From Defrosted: 22-25 minutes

Stir before serving.

MICROWAVE: Based on 800 watt. Pierce film and cook until piping hot:

From Frozen: 4 - 5 minutes
From Defrosted: 3 - 4 minutes

Pre-heat oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Remove all packaging.

Place the puddings on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven.

Cook for 6 minutes or until crisp.

Ensure food is piping hot through before serving.
