Cooking Instructions:
 
T-Bone Steak
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the steak from its packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan, over a high heat. Cook the steaks to your liking following the recommended times:

Rare: 1½ - 2 minutes per side, rest for 6 minutes
Medium Rare: 2-2½ minutes per side, rest for 5 minutes
Medium: 3-3½ minutes per side, rest for 3 minutes
Well Done: 4½ - 5 minutes per side, rest for 1 minute

Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for the recommended time.

Sticky Pork Ribs
Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging and place bone side down onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Cook in a preheated oven at 190°C / fan 180°C / gas 4 for:

35-40 minutes from defrosted
50-55 minutes from frozen

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Ensure the product is piping hot through out.
Do not reheat once cooked.

8oz Seasoned Steak Burger
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burgers from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium temperature. Brush each side of the burger with a little oil.

Cook the burgers for 14-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.

Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Alpine Fries
Cooking guidelines: for best results, cook from frozen. Remove product from packaging before cooking.

Pan fry: preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat, place Alpine Fries in carefully and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Turn regularly during cooking.

Chef's tip: pan fry your Alpine Fries in the juices left in your steak pan while your steak is resting! If it was a leaner steak, like fillet or rump, add a splash more oil to ensure there is enough.

Oven: place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 5 for 13-15 minutes.

Deep fry: in preheated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.

Beer Battered Onion Rings
Cooking guidelines: Oven cook only: remove all packaging.

Place onion rings on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven 200°C / 400°F / gas mark 6 and cook for 15-18 minutes.

From frozen: remove all packaging. Place onion rings on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven 200°C / 400°F / gas mark 6 and cook for 20-22 minutes.

Check food is piping hot before serving.
