Cooking Instructions:
8oz Seasoned Steak Burger
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burgers from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium temperature. Brush each side of the burger with a little oil.

Cook the burgers for 14-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.

Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Alpine Fries
Cooking guidelines: for best results, cook from frozen. Remove product from packaging before cooking.

Pan fry: preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat, place Alpine Fries in carefully and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Turn regularly during cooking.

Chef's tip: pan fry your Alpine Fries in the juices left in your steak pan while your steak is resting! If it was a leaner steak, like fillet or rump, add a splash more oil to ensure there is enough.

Oven: place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 5 for 13-15 minutes.

Deep fry: in preheated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.

Traditional Butcher's Streaky Bacon
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: defrost in a refrigerator thoroughly before cooking. Remove all packaging.

Preheat a lightly oiled frying pan to medium. Add bacon and fry for 4-5 minutes, turning halfway.

Cook for longer if you prefer it crispy.

Sliced Black Pudding
Defrost in refrigerator overnight - then simply remove casing.

Pan Fry: Pre heat a non-stick frying pan, add a little oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through and crispy around the edges.

Chef's tip: If you like your black pudding really well cooked & crispy, heat for a further 1 minute in a microwave on a plate covered with kitchen paper.

Oven Method: Pre heat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / 350°F / Gas 4.

Line a baking tray with aluminium foil, place slices of pudding onto foil.

Cook for 15-20 minutes in the centre of the oven.

Beef (92%), water, gluten free breadcrumbs (rice flour, gram flour, maize starch, salt, dextrose), salt, pepper, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate.

Alpine Fries
Potatoes 82%, potato starch, sunflower oil, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodide) dextrose, spice.

Traditional Butcher's Streaky Bacon
Bacon with added water: pork (86%), water, salt, preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate.

Sliced Black Pudding
Onion, beef fat, OATMEAL / flakes, dried blood, salt, WHEAT flour (fortified WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), spices (clove, allspice, nutmeg, pepper, marjoram).
