Chilli Con Carne
Cooking guidelines: Microwave (based on 800W): pierce film and cook until piping hot for 5 minutes. Carefully stir product, replace film and cook for a further:

From frozen: 4 minutes
From defrosted: 2 minutes
Stir before serving.

Oven: pierce film and cook in preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6 for:

From frozen: 40-45 minutes
From defrosted: 30-35 minutes

Stir, leave it to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Chunky Tomato Soup
Cooking guidelines: Microwave (based on 800W): pierce the film and cook for:

From defrosted: 3-4 minutes
From frozen: 6-8 minutes

Decrease the cooking time for ovens with a higher wattage. Stir before serving.

On the hob: defrost in fridge overnight. Remove film and empty the contents of the tray into a saucepan. Heat gently without allowing to boil, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Artisan Sausage Rolls
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: Remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for 23-25 minutes until golden.

Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for 30-35 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Chef's tip: Do spread them well on a baking tray, they grow! This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
Classic Seasoned Steak Burgers
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burgers from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium- high temperature. Brush each side of the burger with a little oil.

Cook the burgers for 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.

Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: about 20 minutes before cooking, remove the burgers from the packaging and allow them to come to room temperature.

Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium-high temperature. Brush each side of the burger with a little oil.

Cook the burgers for 5 minutes per side, turning only once. Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.

Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
