Made in Scotland for a real taste of tradition. Serve with ‘neeps & tatties’ (mashed swede and potatoes) on Burns Night, Hogmanay or any other night that takes your fancy!
Individually vacuum-packed for added freshness and is already cooked. All it requires is thorough re-heating until it is piping hot.
We recommend that you defrost it thoroughly first.
Oven Method
Remove your haggis from the outer plastic bag and wrap it tightly in foil.
Place your haggis in a casserole dish with a little water and heat at 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 until piping hot all through - approximately 1¼ hours.
Pan Method
Remove your haggis from the outer plastic bag and wrap it tightly in foil.
Place your haggis in a pan, cover with water, and gently simmer until piping hot all through - approximately 1 hour. DO NOT BOIL!
Microwave Method: (e.g. for 800W Category D)
Remove your haggis from the outer plastic bag and its skin (including the clips). Cut it into pieces and place in a microwaveable dish.
Cover and heat on 'medium' power for 8 minutes, stirring during heating and before serving.
