Marmelade Glazed Ham
Serving Suggestion:
Since this ham has already been cured and cooked, you can eat it as soon as it has fully defrosted.
We recommend enjoying it cold, served as part of a buffet spread or family meal.
However you may wish to refresh the marmalade glaze on the ham.
To do this, pop it an oven at 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 for 3-5 minutes or until the glaze has melted a little and is nicely coloured and looks freshly glossed.
If you wish to serve the ham hot, slice and sparingly layer the slices in a deep baking tray, heating with 125ml of stock, cider, wine or water to keep it moist, cover and heat in oven at 170°C / Fan 150°C / Gas 3 for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
Mini Fish Cakes
From defrosted

Defrost in fridge overnight. Carefully remove all packaging.
Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan to a medium heat.
Fry fish cakes for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown.

From frozen

Place fish cakes on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Carefully brush all over with a little vegetable oil.

Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 for 18-20 minutes.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
Mini Artisan Sausage Rolls
From defrosted

Defrost in fridge overnight. Carefully remove all packaging and place Sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.
Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 for 23-25 minutes until golden brown.

From frozen

Carefully remove all packaging and place Sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.
Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / 190°C / Gas 6 for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
Seasoned Mini Beef Burgers
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:

About 20 minutes before cooking, remove the burgers from the packaging and allow them to come to room temperature.
Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium-high temperature.
Brush each side of the burger with a little oil.
Cook the burgers for 5 minutes per side, turning only once.
Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.
Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
Pork Cocktail Sausages
Remove all packaging

From frozen

Combination of par-boiling and frying or grilling

Carefully add the sausages to simmering water and poach for 3 mins, drain and pat dry. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Preheat a frying pan or grill, to a high heat. Lightly oil the sausages, cook and colour for 2 ½ - 3 minutes.

From defrosted

Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry:
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a high heat for 4½ - 5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill:
Preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 4 - 4 ½ minutes, turning occasionally.

Quiche Lorraine
For best results cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Carefully remove the frozen quiche from its clear packaging and aluminium tray, placing it directly onto a baking tray before putting it in the oven to reheat for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave the quiches for a moment to cool down.
This allows the filling to set and the pastry to crisp up before serving.
