Classic duck with a richly spiced apple and cranberry stuffing. A delicious centrepiece for your roast dinner.


Cooking Instructions:
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.

Ensure the meat is fully defrosted and allow to come to room temperature for 60 minutes before cooking.

Preheat oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6.

Weigh the bird then place the joint on a wire rack within a roasting tray. Brush lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper, cover with tinfoil and cook for 50 minutes per Kg.

Remove the foil for the final 30 minutes of the cooking time.

Baste occasionally.

Ensure the joint is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear when the thickest part is pierced with a skewer.

Once your joint is fully cooked, remove from the oven, cover with tinfoil, and leave to rest in a warm place for at least 20 minutes.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
