Cooking Instructions:

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the duck legs from the packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Allow to come to room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 180 °C / fan 160°C / gas 4.

Season the duck with salt and pepper, place on a wire rack over a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 60 minutes.

Remove the foil and cook for a further 30 minutes basting occasionally. Once cooked rest the duck in a warm place for at least 15 minutes.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
