Tender fall-apart rich meat awaits with our duck legs. They have a superior taste and texture that adds a defined depth to your favourite recipes.
Defrost throughly before cooking. Allow product 15 minutes to come to room temperature before cooking. Remove the duck from the packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper. Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4. Season the duck with salt and pepper, place in a roasting tray. Cook in the oven for 70-75 minutes. Rest the duck in a warm place until ready to be served.
