Mini Beef Wellingtons
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven with a non-stick baking tray inside to fan 230°C / gas 9. Remove the Wellingtons from packaging.

Brush pastry with a mix of beaten egg yolk and a spot of cream. Sprinkle with a little cracked black pepper.

Lightly oil the preheated tray. Place on the Wellingtons, spacing them out to allow an even cook.

Cook in the centre of the oven for 11 -12 minutes.

Remove from the oven rest for a minute and serve.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Crispy Chicken Bites with Korean Dip
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 190°C / 170ºC fan / gas 5. Remove from packaging and set dip aside.

Place the chicken bites onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes.

Remove the bites from the oven when hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute, dab on kitchen paper then serve.

Dip (based on 800W microwave): pierce film, place dip pot on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove the dip from the microwave. Allow to stand for 30 seconds and stir well before serving. Care should be taken when removing film as steam may escape.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on a lightly oiled baking tray and cook on the top shelf for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked through. Turn occasionally.

Oven: preheat oven to 200°C / 190°C fan / gas 6. Place sausages on a lightly oiled baking tray and cook for 14-16 minutes until fully cooked. Turn occasionally.

Cocktail Sausage Rolls
Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging and place the sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Space out generously and brush pastry with a beaten egg or double cream.

Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6.

From defrosted: for 20-22 minutes
From frozen: for 26-28 minutes

Ensure the product is fully cooked and piping hot throughout.

Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Chicken Tikka Bites with Tikka Dip
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 190°C / 170°C fan / gas 5. Remove from packaging and set dip aside.

Place the chicken bites onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 17-20 minutes. Remove the product from the oven and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
