Cooking guideline: preheat oven at 200°C / fan 200°C / gas 6.

Remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream.

Cook in the centre of the preheated oven for:

from frozen 18 - 20 minutes until golden.
from defrosted tbc minutes until golden.

Remove from the oven and rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving.

Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove quiche from outer packaging but leave within the foil. Preheat the oven with a baking tray to 160°C fan / gas 4.

Place the quiche onto the preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 50-55 minutes until the liquid is set and hot throughout.

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
