Scottish smoked salmon and creamy crème fraiche, surrounded by a savoury free-range egg custard. Encased in a crumbly all-butter shortcrust pastry, finished with a sprinkle of  matured Cheddar cheese and chives. A deliciously light warm weather dish.

Cooking Instructions:
 
Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove quiche from outer packaging but leave within the foil.

Preheat the oven with a baking tray to 140°C fan / gas 3.

Place the quiche onto the preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 60-65 minutes until the liquid is set and piping hot.

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
