Enjoy this indulgently rich chocolate and marzipan sponge, topped with a dark chocolate ganache. Finished with flakes of white and milk chocolate it's a delicious dessert that everyone will love.

 

To Serve:
 
Remove all packaging and defrost for approximately 2-3 hours in fridge or 1 hours at room temperature.

Chef's tip: portion with a warmed knife once the cake is semi-freddo for a neat presentation.
