Cooking guidelines:

Microwave (based on 800W): pierce film and cook for 5 minutes. Carefully stir product, replace film and cook for a further:

From frozen: 4 minutes
From defrosted: 2 minutes
Stir before serving.

On the hob: defrost in fridge overnight. Remove film and empty the contents of the tray into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.

Oven: pierce film and cook in preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6 for:

From frozen: 40-45 minutes
From defrosted: 30-35 minutes
Stir, leave it to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Cooking guidelines from frozen:

Microwave (based on 800W): decant the pack of frozen rice into a microwavable dish, recover with cling film and pierce to vent. Cook on full power for 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully uncover, season to taste and stir with a fork before serving.

On the hob: decant the pack of frozen rice into a pan with boiling water, bring back to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain the rice through a sieve, season to taste and stir with a fork before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
