Rich, Eastern curry flavours meet sweet UK lamb. It's a deliciously warming combination that lets the flavour of the lamb shine.


Cooking Instructions:
Curried Lamb Cutlets
Remove the cutlets from the packaging and allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes.
Heat a little oil in a large frying pan, over a medium heat.
Cook the cutlets to your liking following the recommended times.

medium: 7 minutes, turning frequently
well done: 9 minutes, turning frequently.

Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for 3 minutes.
