Creamy and rich our cullen skink is full of beautiful smoked haddock flavours. Handmade to our traditional recipe, it is a hearty dish full of deep and warming flavours.


Cooking Instructions:

Microwave (based on 800 watt)

Pierce the film and cook:

From Defrosted: 3-4 minutes
From Frozen: 6-8 minutes

Decrease the cooking time for ovens with a higher wattage. Stir before serving.

On the hob

Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove film and empty the contents of the tray into a saucepan.

Heat gently without allowing to boil, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
