Crispy Chicken Bites with Kapitan Dip

Juicy chunks of tender chicken, lightly coated in a crisp batter, served with a classic Malaysian Kapitan curry sauce.
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 190°C / 170ºC fan / gas 5. Remove from packaging and set dip aside.
Place the chicken bites onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes. Remove the bites from the oven when hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute, dab on kitchen paper then serve.
Dip (based on 800W microwave): place dip pot on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove the dip from the microwave. Allow to stand for 30 seconds and stir well before serving. Care should be taken when removing film as steam may escape.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
