Handmade with fresh cream and tangy, warming wholegrain mustard, this classic sauce is delicious with any of our grass-fed British beef steaks, as well as pork or chicken. Try it mixed through some hot, al dente pasta for a midweek meal.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Creamy Mustard Sauce
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:
Hob: decant contents into a saucepan.
Heat gently over a medium heat.
Stir occasionally until piping hot, serve immediately.

Microwave: based on 900W, on a medium setting.
Decant contents into a microwavable dish, cover loosely and cook for 2 minutes 15 seconds until piping hot.

Stir well and serve immediately.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Reduced beef stock (spring water, beef bones, chicken bones, veal bones, onion, carrot, tomato puree, garlic, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), whipping cream (MILK), white wine (white wine, preservative [SULPHUR DIOXIDE]), onion, wholegrain MUSTARD (3%) (white wine vinegar, water, MUSTARD seed, honey, salt, brown MUSTARD husk, natural spice flavouring, tarragon), maize starch, Dijon MUSTARD (2%) (spirit vinegar, water, MUSTARD flour, brown MUSTARD seeds, salt, white MUSTARD husk, thickener [xanthan gum], preservative [SODIUM METABISULPHITE]), beef fat (spring water, beef bones, chicken bones, veal bones, onion, carrot, tomato puree, garlic, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), garlic puree (garlic, acidity regulator [citric acid]), lemon juice, salt, parsley, ground white pepper.
