The warm, tangy flavour of our Creamy Mustard Sauce is a great accompaniment to beef, pork, veal or chicken.

Mix with some leftover ham for a deliciously creamy vol au vent filling.

Creamy Mustard Sauce
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:

Hob: decant contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over a medium heat.
Stir occasionally until piping hot, serve immediately.

Microwave: based on 900W, on a medium setting.
Decant contents into a microwavable dish, cover loosely and cook for 1½-2 minutes until piping hot.
Stir well and serve immediately. Do not reheat once cooked.

Creamy Mustard Sauce

Double cream (60%) (MILK), white wine (chardonnay cooking wine, salt, preservative: SULPHUR DIOXIDE), shallots, coarse grain MUSTARD (7%) (MUSTARD seed, water, white wine vinegar, spirit vinegar, sugar, MUSTARD flour, salt, cinnamon, pimento, turmeric), onions, Dijon MUSTARD (3%) (water, MUSTARD seed, spirit vinegar, salt, preservative: sodium biSULPHITE), unsalted butter (MILK), parsley, madeira wine (de-alcoholised wine from concentrate, madeira, sugar, brandy, salt, tartaric acid, flavouring, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, potassium metabiSULPHITE)), thickening agent: acetylated di-starch adipate, salt, garlic puree, beef powder (salt, sugar, natural flavouring, sunflower oil, dried beef, yeast extract, rosemary), black pepper, Worcestershire sauce (malt vinegar (from BARLEY), spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies (FISH), tamarind extract, onions, garlic, spice, flavourings), rapeseed oil, gravy browning (colour: ammonia caramel).
