A rich, creamy steak sauce made by hand with fresh cream, earthy mushrooms and finished with brandy. A delicious accompaniment to any of our grass-fed British beef steaks. Its subtle mix of flavours also makes it great with chicken or pork.

Cooking guidelines from defrosted:

Hob: decant contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over a medium heat.
Stir occasionally until piping hot,serve immediately.

Microwave: based on 900W, on a medium setting.
Decant contents into a microwavable dish, cover loosely and cook for 2 minutes until piping hot.
Stir well and serve immediately.
Do not reheat once cooked.
