Tender chicken thigh and chestnut mushrooms in a fresh cream and white wine sauce make this deep-filled pie an absolute delight. All topped with a layer of light, flaky puff pastry.
For great colour and a wonderful shine, brush the pastry with beaten egg yolk or cream before popping it in the oven.

Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 for:
From defrosted: 25-30 minutes
From frozen: 45-50 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
