Our gorgeous poussin are fed on delicious corn for rich meat flavours. We make this easier by spatchcocking it for you for quick cooking and juicy textures.
Defrost Spatchcock Poussin for 12 hours in your fridge.
Preheat your oven to 200 C/Fan 180 C/Gas 6. Remove Spatchcock Poussin from packaging, pat dry.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Leave to rest for 5 minutes in a warm place.
Serve immediately. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
