Our plump, tender and generous corn-fed chicken breast portions are enhanced with deep natural flavours. Bring extra succulence and rustic flavours into every meal for something extra.
Marinate some breast fillets, mini, fillets, supremes or drumsticks in a mixture of harissa, smoked paprika and olive oil, and oven bake for a spicy treat.
Defrost the chicken throughly before cooking. Bring the meat to romm temperature for 15 minutes prior to cooking.
Remove the chicken from the packaging an pat dry with kitchen paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°C / Gas 6.
Heat a frying or griddle pan to a high temperatue and add a little olive oil, alternatively brush oil directly onto chicken. Sear the chicken on all sides for 2-3 minutes per side.
Transfer the chicken to a roasting tin and cook uncovered in the oven for 12-14 minutes.
Leave the meat to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes.
