Price per kg:
- 4 Gluten Free Beer Battered Cod Fillets, 160g each
- 2 packs Alpine Fries, 200g per pack
Delicious juicy cod, covered with a crispy gluten free beer batter, served with our own crunchy Alpine Fries. Fish and chips done right!
Remove all packaging. For best results and crispiest batter, deep fry from frozen.
Deep fry from frozen:
In preheated oil at 160°C for 11-12 minutes.
Pan fry from frozen:
In 1-2cm of preheated oil over a medium heat for 18 - 20 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Remove product from packaging before cooking.
Preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat, place Alpine Fries in carefully and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp.
Turn regularly during cooking.
Pan-fry your Alpine Fries in the juices left in your steak pan while your steak is resting!
If it was a leaner steak, like fillet or rump, add a splash more oil to ensure there is enough.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for 13-15 minutes.
In preheated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
Beer Battered Cod
Cod (FISH) (69%), gluten free beer (10%), potato starch, maize flour, water, maize starch, rice flour, rapeseed oil, amaranth flour, salt, thickening agent (xanthan gum), dextrose, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate).
Potatoes (82%), Palm Oil (RSPO), Potato Starch, Salt, Dextrose, Turmeric.
