To Serve:
As the crab claws are already cooked they are ready to eat after defrosting.

To enjoy them warm, gently reheat but do not boil or fry for too long as this will make them tough.

Crab is often paired with a mayonnaise based dip, and/or squeeze of lemon juice and served simply with bread and butter.

The crab claws also work brilliantly as a garnish for other fish dishes, for easy yet impressive presentation at dinner parties.

They are great in salads, and go well with cream, butter, lemon and chilli.
