Cooking Instructions:
 
Classic Seasoned Steak Burgers
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burgers from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium- high temperature. Brush each side of the burger with a little oil.

Cook the burgers for 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.

Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Pork Sausages
Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 18-20 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Grill for 14-18 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Lamb Koftas
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: about 10 minutes before cooking, remove the koftas from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature.

Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium-high temperature. Add a little oil to the pan or brush directly onto the koftas.

Cook the koftas for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Place the koftas on a rack, cover loosely with foil and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Pork Chipolata Sausage
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a high heat for 5½ -6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 5½ -6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Slow-Cooked Pork Ribs with Barbecue Sauce
Cooking guidelines from frozen:

Oven: remove all packaging and empty the contents into an ovenproof dish sauce side up and cover.

Heat in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6, for 25 minutes.

Remove the cover, baste and cook for a further 5-8 minutes until piping hot throughout. Carefully remove the dish from the oven, baste the ribs and serve.

Microwave: pierce pouch twice near the top. Place the pouch in a suitable microwavable dish ensuring the pouch is upright to prevent the sauce from escaping. Cook on full power for:

800W: 9 minutes
900W: 8 minutes

Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. After standing carefully open the pouch with scissors and empty the contents onto a plate, baste the ribs and serve.

Classic Seasoned Steak Burgers
Beef (92%), water, gluten free breadcrumbs (rice flour, gram flour, maize starch, salt, dextrose), salt, pepper, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate.

Pork Sausages
Pork (80%), water, rusk (fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), seasonings (salt, fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, ground spices (white pepper, nutmeg), flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate). Filled into natural pork casings.

Lamb Koftas
Lamb (66%), water, EGG, gluten free bread crumbs (rice flour, gram flour, maize starch, salt, dextrose), onion, salt, cumin, coriander, mint, ginger, cayenne pepper.

Pork Chipolata Sausages
Pork (80%), water, rusk (fortified WHEATFLOUR (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), seasonings (salt, fortified WHEATFLOUR (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, ground spices (white pepper, nutmeg), flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate). Filled into natural sheep casings.

Slow-Cooked Pork Ribs with Barbecue Sauce
