Cooking Instructions:
 
Cider Battered Haddock Fillet
Remove all packaging.
For best results and crispiest batter, deep fry from frozen.

DEEP FRY: In preheated oil at 160°C for 8-9 minutes.
PAN FRY: In 1-2cm of preheated oil over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
OVEN: Preheat oven and baking tray to 220°C / 425°F / Gas7.

Place the product on the tray and cook for 16-20 minutes until crisp.
