Now you can get your fish & chips fix from your own kitchen. Bite through the thin, crispy gluten free batter to juicy, steaming haddock - can you resist?
Remove all packaging. For best results and crispiest batter, deep fry from frozen.
Deep fry: In preheated oil at 160°C for 8-9 minutes.
Pan fry: In ½ -1cm of preheated oil over a medium heat for 14-16 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
Oven: Preheat oven and baking tray to 220ºC / Fan 210ºC / Gas 7.
Place the product on the tray and cook for 18-20 minutes until crisp, turning over halfway.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
