This luxurious chocolate sponge has a rich, thick, dark chocolate sauce in the centre and is topped with a deliciously balanced rum and raspberry sauce. Break through the crisp outside and let them mix for a premium dessert for you to enjoy. Serve with plenty of fresh cream.

Cooking Instructions:
 
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven 170°C fan / gas 5.

Remove the outer film but keep on the paper collar. Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake in the centre of oven for 26-28 minutes.

Using a pallet knife gently lift product on to a service plate then use the point of a warm knife to carefully loosen from its ring and serve.
