Our own juicy, handmade Pork Chipolatas with a sticky, warming Honey & Grain Mustard Glaze. Fry the chipolatas and before adding the glaze at the end of cooking for a sweet, sticky treat.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Chipolata Sausages
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: separate the sausages using scissors.
Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Cook on a high heat for 5½ -6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 5½ -6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Honey & Grain Mustard Glaze
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:

Hob: decant contents into a saucepan.
Heat gently over a medium heat.
Stir occasionally until piping hot.
Serve immediately.

Microwave: based on 900W, on a medium setting.
Decant contents into a microwavable dish, cover loosely and cook for 1 minutes 15 seconds until piping hot.
Stir well and serve immediately.

Do not reheat once cooked.

Honey, wholegrain MUSTARD (white wine vinegar, water, MUSTARD seed, honey, salt, brown MUSTARD husk, natural spice flavouring, tarragon), Dijon MUSTARD (spirit vinegar, water, MUSTARD flour, brown MUSTARD seeds, salt, white MUSTARD husk, thickener [xanthan gum], preservative [SODIUM METABISULPHITE]), English MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD flour, sugar, salt, WHEAT flour, turmeric, citric acid, stabiliser [xanthan gum]), lemon zest.
