Two varieties of our Chicken Paupiettes: tender chicken breast wrapped around a Bacon & Emmental or Wild Mushroom stuffing. Perfect with our Creamy Mushroom Sauce.

Cooking guidelines: 


Chicken Paupiettes,with Bacon & Emmental

Remove all packaging and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cook in a preheated oven at 210°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for:

From defrosted: 18-20 minutes
From frozen: 35-37

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Remove string to serve.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.




Chicken Paupiettes,with Wild Mushrooms

Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Cooking guidelines from defrosted:

Hob: 
Decant contents into a saucepan.
Heat gently over a medium heat.
Stir occasionally until piping hot,serve immediately.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Microwave:
Based on 900W, on a medium setting.
Decant contents into a microwavable dish, cover loosely and cook for 1½-2 minutes until piping hot.
Stir well and serve immediately.
Do not reheat once cooked.
