Cook this deliciously flavoured Chicken & Pancetta en Croûte, packed with juicy British chicken and tasty pancetta in a crisp, buttery puff pastry. Cooking guidelines from frozen: for best results cook from frozen in the oven.

Preheat oven with a baking tray to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Remove all packaging.

Lightly oil the preheated tray, place the product on it and brush pastry with beaten egg to glaze.

Place the tray in the centre of the preheated oven and cook for 36-38 minutes.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Tenderstem Broccoli
Cooking guidelines from frozen:

Stir-fry: 2-3 minutes

Steam: 2-4 minutes

Roast: 7 minutes at 180°C

Griddle pan / BBQ: toss in olive oil and cook until the stems are tender & lightly charred.

Dauphinoise Potatoes
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Remove film.

Place tray onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the preheated oven for 42-45 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Chocolate Rum & Raspberry Melt in the Middle Pudding
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven 170°C fan / gas 5. Remove the outer film but keep on the paper collar.

Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake in the centre of oven for 26-28 minutes.

Using a pallet knife gently lift product on to a service plate then use the point of a warm knife to carefully loosen from its ring and serve.
