Chunky chicken drumsticks are perfect for adding seasonings and marinades that you love. Cook them your way on the BBQ or roast for juicy flavour.
Marinate some breast fillets, mini, fillets, supremes or drumsticks in a mixture of harissa, smoked paprika and olive oil, and oven bake for a spicy treat.
Remove all packaging, pat dry with paper towel, and place onto a baking tray, lined with baking paper.
Season with salt and pepper and cook in a preheated oven at 200 °C / Fan 180 °C / Gas 6 for 35-45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
