For this classic Scottish dish, tender British chicken breast is stuffed with rich, juicy haggis and served with our Creamy Peppercorn Sauce. It's a delicious main to serve alongside a dram of your favourite scotch.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Slow Cooked Balmoral Chicken
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted.
Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish, covered with foil.

Oven: Preheat to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6 and heat, for:

60-70 minutes from frozen
30-35 minutes from defrosted.

Baste half way through cooking.

Microwave: Based on 850W. Pierce bag and place chicken in a microwavable dish and cook for:

3 minutes from defrosted, turning halfway through cooking.

Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Creamy Peppercorn Sauce
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:

Hob: decant contents into a saucepan.
Heat gently over a medium heat.
Stir occasionally until piping hot, serve immediately.

Microwave: based on 900W, on a medium setting.
Decant contents into a microwavable dish, cover loosely and cook for 2 minutes 15 seconds until piping hot.
Stir well and serve immediately.

Do not reheat once cooked.
