All the delicious ingredients for an exceptional dine in experience. Smoked salmon to start, velvety chateaubriand for main course followed by delicate ginger and chocolate cheesecakes. Divine!

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Smoked Salmon
Defrost in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Serve at room temperature for optimal flavour.

Serving Suggestion:
Season the salmon with a little cracked black pepper, drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice, and scatter some fresh rocket leaves and shaved slivers of Parmesan cheese over the top.
Serve with fresh soda bread or good quality wholemeal, for a delicious starter or light meal.
Chateaubriand
Heat olive oil in a hot frying pan & brown Chateaubriand all over for 5-6 minutes all over.
Season with salt & pepper and place on a rack in a roasting tin and cook in a pre-heated oven at 230°C / 445°F / Gas 8 for:

Rare: 6-8 Minutes
Medium rare: 10-12 Minutes
Medium: 14-16 Minutes
Well done: 18-20 Minutes

Remove the meat form the oven. Cover with foil and leave to rest for 10 minutes before cutting into slices. Serve with a salad & sautéed potatoes.
Alpine Fries
For best results, cook from frozen.
Remove product from packaging before cooking.

Pan fry:
Preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat, place Alpine Fries in carefully and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp.
Turn regularly during cooking.

CHEF'S TIP:
Pan-fry your Alpine Fries in the juices left in your steak pan while your steak is resting! If it was a leaner steak, like fillet or rump, add a splash more oil to ensure there is enough.

Oven:
Place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for 13-15 minutes.

Deep fry:
In preheated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
Leaf Spinach in Béchamel
Oven:
Remove film and place product tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for:

From frozen: 20-25 minutes
From defrosted: 15-20 minutes until piping hot, stir before serving

Microwave:
Based on 800 watt. Pierce the film lid and cook for:

From frozen: 4-5 minutes
From defrosted: 3-4 minutes

until piping hot, stir before serving.
White Chocolate & Ginger Cheesecakes
Defrost each dessert in its packaging in the fridge for 12 to 14 hours or 2 hours at room temperature on the kitchen counter.
Remove film and, supporting the base of the Cheesecake, carefully place, still inits ring, onto a cold plate.
Loosen by sliding a knife or small spatula inside the ring around the Cheesecake.
Carefully open and remove the ring. Ensure the product is defrosted throughout before serving.
