Cooking Instructions:
 
Carvery Rib Roast, Easy Carve 2.5kg
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:

Remove all packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper. Allow 30-60 minutes for the meat to come to room temperature.

Cooking temperatures and times: Preheat oven to 250°C /Fan 230°C / Gas 9. Place the joint in a roasting tray. Season with salt and pepper.

Sear meat for 15 minutes in the oven. Then reduce oven temperature to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 and continue cooking for time below.

Rare: 60-65 minutes Internal temperature of meat: 45-47°C
Medium: 80-85 minutes Internal temperature of meat: 55-60°C
Well done: 115-120 minutes Internal temperature of meat: 65-70°C

Resting: Once your joint is cooked to your liking, remove from the oven. Place it on a board or platter, cover with foil and leave to rest for at least 20 minutes.

Easy carving: After resting, snips the strings, lift the meat off the bone. Slice across the grain and serve on warm plates.
Traditional Gravy
Hob: Open the bag and empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over a medium heat. Stir occasionally until piping hot.

Microwave: Based on 850W. Decant into a microwavable dish, cover loosely and cook for-

From frozen: 7-8 minutes
From defrosted: 4-5 minutes

Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir before serving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
Goose Fat Roast Potatoes
For best results, cook from frozen in the oven.

Remove film and arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a pre heated tray. Cook in a preheated oven 230°C / Fan 210°C / Gas 8 for:

From frozen: 30-35 minutes
From Defrosted 25-30 minutes

Gently turn the potatoes halfway through cooking time to ensure an even crispness.
Ensure products is piping hot throughout and stir before serving. This product is not suitable for microwaving Do not reheat once cooked.
Braised Red Cabbage
For best results cook from frozen in the oven.

OVEN: Remove film and place tray onto a baking tray. Cook in preheated oven at 210°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 until piping hot for:

From Frozen: 30-35 minutes
From Defrosted: 22-25 minutes

Stir before serving.

MICROWAVE: Based on 800 watt. Pierce film and cook until piping hot:
