ON THE HOB: Defrost thoroughly before using. Remove film and empty the contents of the tray into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
OVEN: Pierce the film and cook in a preheated oven at 180 C / Gas 4 for:
From Defrosted: 15-20 minutes
From Frozen: 25-30 minutes
MICROWAVE: Based on 800 watt. Pierce the film and cook:
From Defrosted: 2-3 minutes
From Frozen: 5-6 minutes
Decrease the cooking time for ovens with higher wattage. Stir before serving, ensure piping hot throughout.
