Plenty of grass-fed beef and a touch of free-range pork combine with black eyed beans and rich tomatoes, for a meaty chilli with a gentle heat.
On the hob
Defrost thoroughly before using. Remove film and empty the contents of the tray into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
Pierce the film and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C / Gas 4 for:
From defrosted: 15-20 minutes
From frozen: 25-30 minutes
Based on 800 watt. Pierce the film and cook:
From defrosted: 2-3 minutes
From frozen: 5-6 minutes
Decrease the cooking time for ovens with higher wattage. Stir before serving, ensure piping hot throughout.
