A crisp biscuit base covered with delicious layers of decadent baked vanilla and caramel cream cheesecake, topped with an indulgent caramel sauce, pieces of roasted chestnut and meringue with piped white chocolate. Serve with lightly whipped double cream.
Caramel Chestnut Meringue Cheesecake
Remove all outer packaging whilst still frozen, place cheesecake onto a serving plate and defrost for approximately 10 to 12 hours in fridge or 2 to 3 hours at room temperature.
Once defrosted, do not re-freeze and consume within 72 hours.
Chef's Tip: Portion with a warmed serrated knife, once the cheesecake is semi-freddo for a neat presentation.
