Cooking Instructions:
 

Slow Cooked Turkey Crown in Gravy

Leave the product for 20 minutes at room temperature in its bag prior to roasting. Remove all packaging and place skin side up, with all the gravy into a a deep ceramic roasting dish. Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 for:

From defrosted: 55 - 60 minutes
From frozen: 110 - 115 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

To serve, neatly carve each breast off the breastbone, before cutting into slices on the board. Decant the gravy into a warmed gravy boat for pouring at the table.

Chef's Tip: If you want to give your gravy an extra hint of Christmas, add a cinnamon stick, star anise, cranberries, clementine zest or a dash of port wine, etc.


Pigs in Blankets

From defrosted: Remove all packaging.

Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C / 190°C / Gas 6. Place sausages on a baking tray and cook for 12-16 minutes until crisp. Turn occasionally.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 12-16 minutes until crisp. Turn occasionally.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Sausagemeat

Remove outer packaging. Cook the product in its original tray. Preheat oven to180°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 4.

From defrosted: 45-50 minutes
From Frozen: 60-65 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. This product must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
