The perfect brunch - any time! This box contains all the ingredients needed to create the a breakfast feast - Black Pudding and Back Bacon is complimented perfectly by our own Pork Sausages.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Bacon
Defrost thoroughly before cooking in a refrigerator. Heat « tbsp oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Remove packaging, add rashers to the pan and fry until cooked through, turning halfway.
Black Pudding
Defrost in refrigerator overnight - then simply remove casing. Defrost in refrigerator overnight - then simply remove casing.

Pan Fry: Pre heat a non-stick frying pan, add a little oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through and crispy around the edges.

Oven: Pre heat oven to 200ºC / 180ºC Fan / 350ºF / Gas 4. Line a baking tray with aluminium foil, place slices of pudding onto foil. Cook for 15-20 minutes in the centre of the oven.

Pork Sausages
Remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.Combination of par-boiling and frying.

BBQ or Grilling: Add the sausages to simmering water for: From Defrosted: 10 minutes From Frozen: 20 minutes. Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 5-8 minutes.

Alternatively:

Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turning occasionally. BBQ: 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turn regularly to avoid charring.

Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 14-18 minutes from defrosted. Turn occasionally. This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Black Pudding
Onion, Beef Fat, OATMEAL / Flakes, Dried Blood, Salt, WHEATFLOUR (Fortified WHEATFLOUR, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Spices.

Pork Sausages
Pork (80%), water, rusk (fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), seasonings (salt, fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, ground spices, flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate). Filled into natural pork casings.

Dry Cured Bacon
Pork Loin, Sea Salt, Preservative: Sodium Nitrite, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid.
