Cooking guidelines from frozen: for best results cook from frozen in the oven. Preheat oven to 210°C / fan 190°C / gas 7. Remove all packaging.

Place scampi on preheated baking tray. Cook in the middle of the oven for 14-16 minutes.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Beer Battered Chunky Scottish Haddock Fillets
Cooking guidelines from frozen: for best results cook from frozen in the oven. Preheat oven to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7. Remove all packaging.

Place haddock fillet on a wire rack with a baking tray below. Cook in the middle of the oven for 28-32 minutes.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Smoked Haddock & Mature Cheddar Fish Cakes
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / gas 6. Remove all packaging.

Place on a preheated baking tray. Cook in the middle of the oven for 32-34 minutes.

Do not reheat once cooked.

Breaded Lemon Sole Goujons
Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove all packaging.

Oven: preheat oven with a baking tray to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7. Place the goujons onto the preheated baking tray in a single layer and cook for 11 -12 minutes.

Pan fry: preheat a frying pan on a moderate to high heat, add a little oil and fry for 8 - 10 minutes turning frequently.
