Sometimes you just can't beat fish and chips - especially like this! Juicy breaded cod with our crispy Alpine Fries. Even carrots and peas in a creamy bechamel.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Crispy Breaded Cod Fillet
From best results cook from frozen. Remove frozen product from packaging before cooking.

DEEP FRY: in preheated oil at 180°C for 7-8 minutes.

OVEN: Place the product on a lightly greased baking tray and cook in a preheated oven at 220°C / Fan 210°C / Gas 7 for 16-20 minutes until crisp

Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
Alpine Fries
For best results, cook from frozen. Remove product from packaging before cooking.

PAN FRY: Preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat, place Alpine Fries in carefully and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Turn regularly during cooking.

CHEF'S TIP: Pan-fry your Alpine Fries in the juices left in your steak pan while your steak is resting! If it was a leaner steak, like fillet or rump, add a splash more oil to ensure there is enough.

OVEN: Place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for 13-15 minutes.

DEEP FRY: In preheated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
Carrots & Petits Pois in Bechamel
MICROWAVE: Based on 800 watt. Pierce the film and cook for:

From Frozen: 4-5 minutes
From Defrosted: 3-4 minutes

until piping hot, stir before serving.

OVEN: Pierce the film and place product tray onto a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for:

From Frozen: 20-25 minutes
From Defrosted: 15-20 minutes

until piping hot, stir before serving.
