Our chunky cod fillets have a little seasoning and a coating of light breadcrumbs that are so crisp. They cook from frozen for a quick and easy flaky fish meal.
Our fish is caught wild in the cold waters of the North East Atlantic, and landed just 50 miles from us at Peterhead, Europe's premier white fish port.
From best results cook from frozen. Remove frozen product from packaging before cooking.
in preheated oil at 180°C for 7-8 minutes.
Place the product on a lightly greased baking tray and cook in a preheated oven at 220°C/Fan 210°C/Gas 7 for 16-20 minutes, until crisp.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
