Enjoy a taste of luxury with our handmade Beef Wellingtons. British beef fillet, matured for up to 21 days and wrapped with our rich mushroom duxelles and crisp puff pastry. With creamy Dauphinoise Potatoes, flavoursome Braised Red Cabbage and oozy Belgian Chocolate Brownies for a delicious meal for two.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Beef Wellington
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: carefully remove from the packaging, leaving on the baking paper. Allow to come to room temperature for at least 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 230°C / fan 220°C / gas 8 with a baking tray inside. Brush pastry with beaten egg yolk.

Place the wellington (still on baking paper) onto the preheated baking tray and cook for:

Rare: 15 minutes
Medium: 20 minutes
Well done: 25 minutes

Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes before serving by carefully lifting the wellington from the baking paper.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Dauphinoise Potatoes
Cooking guidelines: remove sleeve and film, and place tray onto a baking tray. Cook in preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6

from frozen: 40-45 minutes
from defrosted: 30-35 minutes

Remove from oven, ensure product is piping hot throughout then allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Braised Red Cabbage
Cooking guidelines: for best results cook from frozen in the oven.

Oven: remove sleeve and film and place tray onto a baking tray. Cook in preheated oven at 210°C / fan 200°C / gas 7 until piping hot for:

From frozen: 30-35 minutes
From defrosted: 22-25 minutes

Stir before serving.

Microwave (based on 800W): pierce film and cook until piping hot:

From frozen: 4-5 minutes
From defrosted: 3-4 minutes
Stir before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Chocolate Brownie
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 170°C / fan 160°C / gas 3.

Remove outer film only. Carefully place each brownie, still in its ring, onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake for 14-18 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Carefully transfer the brownie, still in its ring onto a plate using a spatula, as the ring doesn't have a bottom. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes.

Using a knife, loosen the brownie from its ring. Carefully open and remove the ring and finish with your favourite accompaniment.

Dauphinoise Potatoes
