Cooking Instructions:
 
Beef Wellington
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: defrost minimum 24 hours in the fridge.

Carefully remove from the packaging, leaving on the baking paper. Allow to come to room temperature for at least 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 210°C / fan 200°C / gas 6 along with a baking tray.

Brush pastry with beaten egg yolk. Place the Wellington (still on baking paper) onto the preheated baking tray and cook for:

Rare: 30-33 minutes
Medium: 40-43 minutes
Well done: 50-53 minutes

Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes before serving.

To serve, carefully lift the Wellington from the baking paper and slice into 1½ - 2cm slices.

Cauliflower Cheese
Cooking guidelines:
Remove film lid and place tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6 until piping hot:

From frozen: 40-45 minutes
From defrosted: 30-35 minutes.

Do not reheat once cooked.
Carrot & Parsnip Mash
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:
Microwave (based on 750W):
Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid.
Cook for 3 minutes and stir thoroughly, leave to stand for 1 minute and serve.

Oven:
Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid.
Place the container onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 190°C / gas 5 for 20-25 minutes.
Stir and serve.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta & Black Pepper
Cooking guidelines from frozen:
Preheat oven to 210°C / fan 200°C / gas 7.
Remove film.
Place tray onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the preheated oven for 30-32 minutes.
Stir halfway through the cooking time.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout and stir before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Raspberry Snowball Meringue Cheesecake
Thaw & serve: remove from box and defrost for approximately 10 to 12 hours in fridge or 2 to 3 hours at room temperature.

Once defrosted, do not re-freeze and consume within 72 hours.

Chef's tip: portion with a warmed serrated knife, once the cheesecake is semi-freddo for a neat presentation.
