A real treat for the taste buds. Full-flavoured British sirloin beef, hand-coated in our tangy Dijon mustard and sweet onion crust. A seasonal option with a difference.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Beef Sirloin with Dijon Mustard & Onion
Defrost in the fridge for 24h. Remove the roast from the packaging, carefully remove paper from crust and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Allow the roast to come to room temperature at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat the oven to 250°C / fan 230°C / gas 9, and sear the meat for 15 minutes in the oven.
After searing reduce oven temperature to 190°C / fan 170°C / gas 5 and cook for:

Rare: 20 minutes, internal temperature 47°C
Medium: 30 minutes, internal temperature 55°C
Well done: 45 minutes, internal temperature 67°C

Remove from oven and leave to rest for at least 15 minutes in a warm place.
After resting simply slice and serve on warmed plates. Do not reheat once cooked.
