OVEN: Pierce the film and cook in a preheated oven at 160 C / 325 F / Gas 3 for 25-30 minutes from defrosted or 30-35 minutes from frozen.
MICROWAVE: Based on 800 watt. Pierce the film and cook for 4 minutes from defrosted or 8 minutes from frozen. Decrease cooking time for ovens with higher wattage.
ON THE HOB: From defrosted only. Remove film from tray and empty the contents into a sauce pan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with traditional accompaniments like mashed potatoes, steamed root vegetables or crusty bread.
