Pierce film and cook until piping hot,
From frozen: 6-7 minutes
From defrosted: 2-3 minutes.
Pierce the film and place tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / Gas 6
From frozen: 30-35 minutes
From defrosted: 25-30 minutes.
Stir before serving.
Remove film and empty contents into a sauce pan.
Heat gently, stirring occasionally until piping hot.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Serve with traditional accompaniments like mashed potatoes, steamed root vegetables or crusty bread.
