Cooking Instructions:
 
Beech Smoked Gammon Joint
From defrosted remove the joint from the packaging.
Rinse in cold water, pat dry with kitchen paper then allow to come to room temperature.
Preheat an oven 180°c. Place the joint into an oven proof dish and cover with foil, cook for 75 - 80 minutes.
Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 200°C and cook for a further 20-25 minutes until juices run clear. allow to rest somewhere warm for 20 minutes before serving.
