The flavours of a classic Bearnaise sauce in a delicious, creamy, award-winning British butter. With tangy tarragon leaves, vinegar and lemon juice, it's delicious with our grass-fed British beef. Slice thinly, and melt on top of any steak for rich flavours and vibrant colours.

Cooking Instructions:
Bearnaise Sauce
Simply slice a disc and melt over your meat or fish as it rests, Melt and stir into mashed potato, pasta or vegetables.
