Locally landed haddock, hand filleted and coated in a crisp batter, lightly seasoned with onion and garlic.


Cooking Instructions:
Battered Haddock Fillets
Cooking guidelines from frozen. Remove all packaging.

Oven: preheat the oven with a baking tray to 200°C fan / gas 7.
Place the fish onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 20 - 22 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve immediately

Deep fry: preheat the oil to 180°C and cook for 5-7 minutes until thoroughly cooked
