Begin your meal with a luxury starter, fully prepared and ready to bake. A whole, tender Scottish scallop on the shell with creamy potato and a delicate leek and kale sauce.

Cooking Instructions:
Cooking guidelines: suitable for oven only.

Preheat oven to 220°C / 200°C fan / gas 7. Remove all packaging.

Place the scallop shell onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the preheated oven:

From frozen: 28-30 minutes.
From chilled:16-18 minutes.

Take care when removing shells from oven as they become very hot.

If desired, sprinkle lightly with sea salt before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
